speedee picked up package on 9/16 from a dealership exactly 21 miles from my house. it took 54 hours to receive the package. i could have walked to the dealership and home in 14 hours. this happens consistently with this company. spend the extra money and use ups if at all possible. impossible to run a business when all of your vendors use speedy delivery. i pray they go bankrupt for such... Our product, which was correctly addressed and required a signature, was given to a random stranger who signed a fictitious name that did not match our name on the obvious invoice. Package scanned at 5:29pm on Tuesday 9/16 in Rockford. Called 10am Thursday 9/18 - was told package on its way should arrive by 5:30pm. No package. I worked for this company for almost ten years. It has to be the worst run company in the United States. They pile stop after stop on you with no help and expect you to drive 400 miles a day and get everything off your truck while still making pickups. A package was shipped to me from Iowa (965 miles away) on 7/14/14. It made it to Minot, ND and was scanned on arrival on 7/16. Today is 7/25, and it is STILL sitting in Minot (125 miles away). I have emailed three times, called three times, and been told there is a delay out of Minot. I don't care what their issues are, they are killing themselves by crappy customer service. We chose to use Speedee to ship a part to us from only 1 1/2 hrs away because it was critical to be guaranteed to receive the part by the next day. I am the owner of small business is Hudson, WI. In the last 3 months on 3 seperate occassions Spee Dee Delivery has not delivered the package on time. Two times it took the package 4 days to get 1 1/2 hours away. The 3rd time it took 3 days, but in Spee Dee's defense the package did have to go 3 hours away. When I called to get a time frame for delivery I was told "driver will need help...." Placed an order on Thursday to have a package picked up Friday. The pickup never happened. The shipper called on Monday to say the package hadn't moved off their dock. There driver had been missing for 2 days and has $4000 of my stuff. The customer service rep Joslin is rude and disrepctful. I wait 30 min on hold to have her hang up on me... Add comment
